David Arquette was recently removed from a Prince concert in LA, after failing to cooperate with security.
Arquette attended one of Prince’s 21 concerts at the Forum in Los Angeles, and was asked by security to not take any photos on his cell phone of the singer.
But Arquette claims in a new interview that it was Prince who at one point in the show said, “Alright, I’m about to play my hits, so get out your phones.”
The Scream 4 actor claims he did not take any more photos at that point, but was approached when the concert goer next to him took a few snaps with his phone.
Arquette adds, “Security came to take this kid away and they said, ‘You gotta get rid of all those pictures on your phone.’ I said, ‘Prince just said we could take the pictures.’ And so I got kicked out of the Prince show.”
