The Kardashians have finally settled that pesky credit card drama.
Last fall, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe signed up to be the face of a pre paid credit card for kids that would allow parents to give them a small allowance and track their spendings, however the trio withdrew their support for the card last November after the attorney general of Connecticut launched a scathing attack on the siblings for promoting it.
The company filed a $75 million dollar lawsuit against the sisters for breach of contract, but a judge has dismissed the case citing that the groups attorneys had not proved they could win the case.
The judge writes in his report: “(Revenue Resource Group) has not met its burden to show that it is likely to prevail, because it has not addressed the claim the contract involved an unlawful/fraudulent product or how damages could be proven even had the defendants remained silent, given the record before the Court of apparently universal condemnation of the product’s profit making features.”
