Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with a DUI following her arrest last week in the California Desert.
Ronson was pulled over near Bakersfield, for going around 89 MPHÂ by the California High Way Patrol, who then administered a sobriety test.
According to the LA Times, Ronson faces two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and having a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above.
If convicted, Ronson could face up to six months in jail, though first time offenders usually escape with only probation.
