She’s already married to an American citizen in Ellen DeGeneres, but now Portia De Rossi has become a full fledged American citizen.
The Australian born actress moved to the US in the 90s to pursue her career, and married DeGeneres last year.
As of Thursday, she has completed her citizenship, and is now a citizen of the US.
DeGeneres tweeted the happy news saying: “Today my wife officially became a U.S. Citizen. Congratulations Portia and America.”
