While you were sleeping, Lindsay Lohan checked herself into jail, and was released just a little more than four hours later.
Four and a half hours was the amount of time it took for her place in line to be released due to over-crowding.
Lohan was sentenced to thirty days behind bars for violating her probation last week, and even though the judge made the stipulations of no early release and no house arrest, Lindsay was freed by an order from someone higher than the judge, because there just was not any room for her in the jail.
Multiple reports on the internet claim Lindsay is telling her friends her time at Lynwood was ‘scary.’ All 4.5 hours of it.
