T.I. Released From Prison One Month Early

Rapper T.I. was released from prison on Wednesday in the middle of serving his 10 month sentence from a probation violation stemming from a 2009 gun conviction. T.I. was reportedly released early on Wednesday morning earlier than scheduled, and it’s uncertain whether he will serve out the rest of his sentence on house arrest, or at a community living facility. T.I was scheduled to be released next month.

Looks like T.I. is heading back to jail for another stretch. He was sentenced to 11 months for drug possession on Friday for an arrest in L.A. last month. The rapper had Ecstasy and tested positive for opiates which was in violation of the terms of his probation for a prior weapons charge.  T.I. begged the court to show leniency and to help him with his drug problems claiming to be done with them and eager to change his ways. Now if these aren’t perfect for hanging over the fireplace I don’t know what is! T.I. and his wife, Tiny Cottle, had their mugshots released today, after their arrest in LA this week for possession of drugs. The substance in question has since been confirmed as ecstasy. If convicted, T.I. could be in big big trouble for violation of his probation.

Bad new for T.I!! Currently on probation after serving a 7 month jail sentence, rapper T.I. and his wife, Tiny,  were arrested last night on Sunset Blvd. for posession of a controlled substance. After an illegal U-turn, cops pulled the rapper’s Maybach over and searched the car when they smelled marijuana. Rapper TI was sentenced to a year and a day in prison this morning on federal weapons charges, but he will have between 30 and 60 days to start his sentence. Flying under the radar on a day where Chris Brown was charged with two felonies, rapper T. I. received a prison sentence stemming from a past weapons charge. On March 27 the rapper will face and Atlanta judge before being sentenced to one year and one day in prison. T.I. knew the sentence was coming and has vowed to turn his life around after serving his time.
