Reese Witherspoon won’t be pressing any charges against the 84 year old woman who hit her with a car on Wednesday in Los Angeles. Witherspoon’s rep told Us Weekly that the actress was not seriously injured, and was currently resting at home. A source adds, “The incident is being treated as an accident. Speaking of Reese Witherspoon, horrible news this afternoon! Witherspoon was taken to the hospital on Wednesday after being struck by a car while jogging. Police have confirmed the story and that the car was going about 20 miles per hour. Get well Reese!

Lamar Odom was involved in a minor car accident in New York City this past weekend. According to a report on TMZ, David Arquette was in a head on collision in West Hollywood this afternoon that has left him injured. According to the Sheriffs department, Arquette was driving in West Hollywood when the car in front of him stopped suddenly, causing him to swerve left into oncoming traffic and causing the accident.
