Adam Levine is the latest musician suing video game company Activision over the use of his likeness. Levine did sign off on the use of his band’s single, ‘She Will Be Loved’ to be in the game, but that’s not the issue. Levine also signed on for the company to record a performance of him singing the song to use his movements for an avatar in the game, but that is also not the problem.
