After a near record setting opening week, ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1′ held the top spot at the box office for the second week in a row, earning an additional $42 million dollars over the holiday weekend.
Newcomer ‘The Muppets’ came in second in it’s opening weekend, with $29 million in ticket sales.

The Disney Flick, which reunited us with the voice of Jonathan Taylor Thomas for probably the first time in nearly 17 years knocked off last weeks winner, Contagion, which earned $14.5 in it’s second weekend.
