Britney Spears updated her Twitter page this afternoon to let her fans know that she has left LA and is on her way back to Kentwood. Britney’s tour kicks off in just 5 short days in New Orleans, so apparently she’s headed down south a little early to relax with some family before hitting the road. She must be comfortable with rehearsals, but I’m sure she’ll squeeze in a few dress rehearsals in NOLA before the big show on Tuesday.

Britney Spears: For the Record, the almost documentary that was shown last November on MTV days before the release of her CD is going to be released on DVD on April 7th. Why would anyone buy it you ask?   Well it’s because they are including never before seen footage, as well as six MP3 remixes of songs from Circus. Britney Spears’ father Jamie  has went to great lenghts to get restraining orders against her ex boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and former manager Sam Lutfi, but he could end up getting a lot more than he bargained for. As reported about a week ago, while a process server was trying to deliver the papers to Ghalib, he tried to run the man over with his car, forcing the server to jump on the hood only to be thrown off and onto the pavement. Britney Spears obtained a restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib in a Los Angeles court this morning. Britney’s lawyers headed to court this morning to seek the injunction, and a source claims Britney wanted the TRO to “protect her from Sam and Adnan.” Britney also reportedly told her conservators she was afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.
