Wilson Phillips Recording New Album On Reality TV Show

Wilson Philips is back with a new reality program that will follow them as they record their new album. The group will be recording songs first recorded by The Beach Boys and The Mamas and Papas,  groups featuring the parents of the Wilson-Philips girls. The series, “Wilson Phillips: Still Holding On” will air on the TV Guide Network next Sunday night at 9:00 PM. Chynna Phillips was eliminated from ‘Dancing With The Stars’ during last night’s results show. Phillips sort of flubbed through her routine on Monday night, forgetting some of the steps and quote “blacking out” on the dance floor, earning her the second lowest of the judges score and a trip to the bottom three. After perfoming Chynna Phillips meets up with her husband Billy Baldwin and her kids who were watching the show. Billy Baldwin stars in the popular series Gossip Girls and now is going to be starring in another popular series ‘ParentHood’. Wilson Philips are going to be releasing a Christmas album coming out October 11th.

Earlier this Spring, the girls announced they’d be coming back with a Christmas album, and a subsequent tour. We joined them in studio to work on the album. Wendy, Carnie, and Chynna are all looking really great and are happy to be back together working again! Cant wait to hear what these girls have in store.

We caught William Baldwin at LAX and the man is looking good despite these stressful times. I’m not referring to the recession; his wife, Chynna Phillips, has just entered rehab for anxiety. Billy recently spoke with Radar about it, saying, “If I know Chynna, she will be fine. If anything sent her to get help, it was most likely family problems but I know she will get through it.” Billy will be featured on this season of Gossip Girl, playing Serena’s father.
