Dane Cook’s crook brother Darren McCauley has been ordered to pay  $12 million dollars in restitution after he was convicted in embezzling millions of dollars from the actor while working as his business manager. McCauley was charged on three counts of larceny, forgery and embezzlement, and sentenced to serve between five and six years in prison.  His wife, Erica McCauley, was also sentenced for up to three years behind bars. It’s not really much of a shocker when you hear that a star hasn’t paid their taxes, but Dane Cook is not going to be the latest! The American Comedy Awards ran from 1987 to 2001 airing mostly on ABC then Comedy Central gave it a go for one year before shelving the whole thing. Last December, Dane’s step brother Daryl was caught embezzling millions of dollars from his famous brother, now his wife has been caught up in some monkey business.
