Multiple sources are reporting that during a weekend trip to Canada, David Hasslehoff fell off the wagon again. Notorious for doing so after battling with alcohol in the past, the Hoff was at the Cascade Casino in British Columbia when he became severely intoxicated and caused a scene on the casino floor.
