Everything is complicated for Denise Richards! Including dumping off her Hidden Hills mansion, which has been on the market for over a year now! Since listing it on the market for $4,250,000 last year, Richards has had to reduce the price of her home to a low $3.8 million dollars after the slow market is causing for expensive homes to be not a top priority. The global economic crisis has an effect on everyone in some way or another.

Apparently the TV industry is slow right now, because E! ended up picking up Denise Richards It’s Complicated for a second season.
