This is really great!  The late DJ AM’s shoe collection is going to be auctioned off starting this Sunday to raise money for his recovery foundation. MTV to Air DJ AM Documentary

MTV announced in a press release today that they will be going forward with a documentary series shot by DJ AM before his tragic passing last month. Gone too Far chronicles the struggles of young adults with drug addictions and offers them a chance to clean up their act.  The show is an 8 part series that will air on Monday, October 12 at 10pm ET/PT Is it  too soon to be airing this?  Has MTV gone too far?

NYC Medical Examiner is reporting that DJ AM was another victim of accidental over medication. The famous DJ  had a letha cocktail of: cocaine, oxycodone, Vicodin, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole (used to cut cocaine) inside him, and “expired” due to “acute intoxication”. People magazine is reporting that DJ AM was allegedly found with nine Oxycontin pills in his stomach and another one – unswallowed – in his mouth. BREAKING NEWS — DJ AM AKA Adam Goldstein has been found dead by police in a New York City apartment. TMZ is reporting that sources found the DJ in his apartment on Friday afternoon around 5:20pm. Reports are also circulating that he was found surrounded with drug paraphernalia after mysteriously disappearing for a few days. The singer survived a plane crash with Travis Barker last September. Four people perished in the crash. We’ll keep you up to date with breaking news about the tragedy.
