Hannah Montana star Mitchell Musso was arrested on suspicion of DUI this past weekend in Los Angeles. Burbank PD Sgt. Sean Kelly told the Burbank Leader that Musso “drove through [an] intersection and failed to do what [an] officer instructed him to do.” All while being well over the legal limit of .08. Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with a DUI following her arrest last week in the California Desert. Ronson was pulled over near Bakersfield, for going around 89 MPH by the California High Way Patrol, who then administered a sobriety test. According to the LA Times, Ronson faces two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and having a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above. Desperate Housewives actor Ricardo Chavira has been arrested for DUI in Los Angeles. Chavira, who plays Eva Longoria’s husband on the hit ABC show was pulled over for a routine traffic stop when officers smelled alcohol on his breath.
