New Years Day started out with a little drama for Lindsay Lohan. The actress was forced to dial 911 when a man began knocking on the door of her Venice, CA home demanding to talk to the actress. The man reportedly refused requests to leave the property, and was arrested by police for trespassing upon their arrival to the scene. From there he was taken down to the station for questioning.

Yesterday we told you about Elizabeth Taylor’s record setting jewelry auction. Taylor’s collection fetched $118 million at an auction this past week, which set the all time Christie’s record. Today we’re going to tell you about one of the big bidders. Kim Kardashian, who recently divorced husband Kris Humphries after 72 days treated herself to $65,000 bangles once owned by the movie icon. TMZ reports that the three bangle bracelets were jade and diamond by Lorraine Schwartz.
