The single mom of 8 now looks pretty damn hot with her waved hair, which she showed off on today’s broadcast of the show. It was certainly better than the raccoon she had perched up there before. A Lonely Lookin’ Billy Ray Cyrus took his BFF for a walk in the Valley this past Sunday.  While the rest of the family was off on a bike ride to Trader Joes,  the ugliest dog in the world was Billy Ray’s last resort. He probably couldn’t join them on their bike ride because riding into the wind would be a disaster for his perfectly flat ironed hair. It is sad tho that his family gave him an Achy Breaky Heart.
