Uncle Sam is knocking on Bow Wow’s door to the tune of $126,000 in unpaid back taxes. According to a new report, the rapper, who’s real name is  Shad Gregory Moss, was first hit with a tax lien in Florida for  neglecting to pay $91,106 during 2006. The IRS has filed a tax lien against actor Al Pacino, slapping him with a  $188,000 bill for $169,143 in unpaid taxes back in 2008 as well as  $19,140 unpaid  in 2009.
