The bands were sold at $5.00 a piece, and Gaga has handed over $3 million dollars from the sales to the relief efforts, but on Friday, a Michigan based Law Firm filed a class action suit naming Gaga as a defendant, claiming that she profited from the sales by overcharging customers for shipping. Gwen Stefani has raised $120,000 for Japan earthquake and tsunami victims by hosting a Harijuku themed tea party in Los Angeles.
