Actress Jennie Garth has been named the ambassador to a new water charity. Garth has teamed up with Oklahoma City’s Water4 Foundation, which helps to provide clean water to rural communities. Jennie Garth will be quitting The CW’s 90210 re-vamp according to husband Peter Francinelli, so that she can stay home and devote more time to their daughters. What in the name of Avril Lavigne is Jennie Garth wearing?! Starzlife spotted the 90210 star leaving a gas station in The Valley with daughters Luca Bella, Lola Ray, and Fiona Eve  where they had stopped to use the restroom. The usually hot tv star was sweating out the 105 degree heat in all black everything, including that hieous skirt, and a pair of sneakers that do her no justice. Kelly Taylor would not approve!
