Jodie Sweetin was ordered to take a drug test by an Orange County court in the custody battle with estranged husband Cody Herpin over their 10-mont-old daughter, Zoie. Sweetin’s attorney tells People Magazine that the test have came back “good and clear.” Herpin also tested clean as well in a voluntary hair follicle testing. Both sides are meeting in court this morning to continue the custody battle.

Former Full House actress Jodie Sweetin is reportedly trying to avoid a lengthy custody battle with her estranged husband, Cody Herpin, over their 8 month old daughter, Zoie. The pair split in November and it wasn’t pretty. Herpin has since accused Sweetin of relapsing back into alcohol and drugs and an Orange County Judge restricted her to supervised visits with the couples daughter. Jodie Sweetin’s divorce is getting rather u-g-l-y! Her soon to be ex, Cody Herpin filed for an emergency custody hearing in an OC court today, over who gets to take care of their 8-month-old baby, Zoie.
