Well I wouldn’t actually call it a flop, as Kanye West’s new album, 808′s and Heartbreak, sold an estimated 450,000 copies in it’s first week, but for Kanye, it’s a 50% decrease from his last album. A Very Humble Kanye West picked up two awards at the AMA’s last night,  one for Favorite Rap/Hiphop Album and one for Favorite Rap/Hiphop Artist. The LA county DA has decided to save Kanye West and his bodyguard from being charged with a felony for their altercation with a photographer at LAX a few weeks back. Both men could still be charged with misdemeanors though. Another case of celebs justice. Hopefully the photographer got a nice little check signed by Kanye to forget things ever happened.

Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX for felony vandalism.  Poor guy!  TMZ has video of the whole incident!  ut oh!  Kanye wasn’t happy to hear about that so in front of the police after he was already being questioned he demanded “gimme the f*cking tape!”  Well, dah!  Too Late!  Hahaha!  Good for Erik at TMZ who got it all on tape!  Smart move! He’s in BIG TROUBLE!!!!
