Many celebs were on hand for a birthday luncheon in honor of Kathy Hilton this past weekend in Beverly Hills. A party that included a few friends and family members, including Paris Hilton, Kyle Richards, Madeline Beth, LaToya Jackson, and Brooke Mueller, was held at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills, and even featured a surprise performance by recording artist Griffith Frank.
