Even thought the judge has granted the Spears camp a three year restraining order against Britney Spears’ shady ex-manager Sam Lutfi that requires him to stay at least 100 yards away with no other forms of contact, he isn’t giving up. Moments after receiving the order Lutfi announced he will appeal the order, claiming that he was only responding to Britney’s cries for help.
