Baruch Eichenbaum, the next door neighbor of Wilmer Valderrama has filed a lawsuit against the actor alleging that Valderrama has been throwing wild parties at his Hollywood Hills home. The man claims he has written seven letters and made doezens of phone calls to the actor over noise disturbance over the course of several years, but they have all been ignored. The cast of hit comedy Old School are set to be inducted into the Guy Movie Hall of Fame during a presentation at next month’s Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards. According to a report on Entertainment Weekly, Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn and Luke Wilson will reunite with director Todd Phillips at the awards show. Previous films who have received the honor include Fast Times at Ridgemont High, GoodFellas, Fight Club and another Vince Vaughn film,  Swingers.

Gabriela Cedillo, an extra in ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ has reached a settlement worth $18.5 million with the producers of film after an on set accident. Eddie Murphy Sells New Jersey Mansion

It only took eight years and about eighteen million dollars, but Eddie Murphy has sold his New Jersey mansion. Murphy purchased the mansion back in 1985, and put it on the market in 2004 with an asking price of $30 million. In order to sell the eight bedroom home with an indoor pool, bowling alley, and movie theater, Murphy was forced to  drop the asking price to $12 million, according to reports.
