Lindsay Lohan is planning to take legal action against a Dubai party promoter who is using her name to promote a New Years Eve party in which she will not be attending. Lohan’s reps have sent a cease and desist letter to the promoters, who claim Lohan will ring in 2012 on a massive cruse ship in the United Arab Emerates.
