Nicole Settles, Photographer Must Stay Away

In an effort to avoid a court date and testifying, Nicole Richie has settled the case against the photographer who she had charged with harassment and following her to her daughter’s pre-school. Her attorney and the photog reached a deal that he must stay away of her and her family for five years. In return, she will drop her request for a permanent restraining order.
