Lawyers for Britney Spears are trying to stop her from having to testify in court claiming that she’s not legally competent to do so. Brand Sense is suing Spears for 10 Million dollars saying that the singer tried to cut them out of a big project with Elizabeth Arden, even though she had already signed a deal wit them. They are trying to get a deposition out of Britney, but so far her lawyers have been able to block it claiming that she can not be forced to do so while under a conservatorship...

Bruce Willis is launching his own fragrance line! Though he wont be going with a catchy action star esque name, Bruce Willis eau de parfum, hair and body wash, deodorant spray and after-shave balm will hit the shelves tomorrow, Thursday! The scent?  No, it doesn’t smell like sweat, grease, and cigarettes.  Rather gray-hued juice, features notes of grapefruit, pepper and vetiver. Interesting, pricing and details have yet to be released, but keep your eyes open.
