Though she’s been the center of some Lady Gaga hate rumors after some comments she wrote on Twitter, Katy Perry talked to The Advocate about the little pop star drama.

Tori Spelling and her family say No to Prop 8 by saying yes to face paint. The whole family went and got the NOH8 message painted on their cheeks in Los Angeles today. Permission to marry after proposition banning gay marriage was overturned, has been postponed for another week. We’ll see if Tori and family can keep the face paint on that long.
Same Sex Couples May Be Allowed to Marry in California TODAY!

Judge Vaughn Walker will be ruling today whether or not same sex couples in California will be allowed to marry immediately.
The announcement is supposed to come around noon pacific time.
If Judge Walker lifts the stay, it is likely it will be appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. At the 9th Circuit, it would be reviewed by a 3-person panel and their decision could be appealed to the full 9th Circuit and eventually the US Supreme Court. Chief Upholds Gay Marriage Ban.
The California Supreme court ruled today to uphold a ban on Gay Marriage.
The judge did rule however, that all of the people who got married before the ban went back into effect, will be legally allowed to stay married.
