Katy Perry is auctioning off a dress from her California Dreams tour with proceeds going to the Red Cross. A dress being dubbed as the “cotton candy dress” has been put up for auction on eBay, where fans can bid to own the dress, and a once in a life time chance to meet Perry backstage at one of her concerts.
