The Hudson family will be holding a private and public funeral service for those wishing to mourn the death of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew Julian on Sunday in Chicago. An invitation-only service will be held at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant Gift Memorial Baptist Church (4526 S. Greenwood; Chicago, IL). The body of Julian King, the nephew of Jennifer Hudson has reportedly been found in a white SUV in a Chicago suburb. The SUV was the vehicle in question in the amber alert and when police found it, they found the body of a small boy deceased in the back. Terrible terrible news. Our deepest sympathies to the Hudson/King families.

According to a statement released by the publicist for former American Idol contestant, Jennifer Hudson, the actress/singers mother and brother have been shot to death inside their Chicago home. The statement states; “We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson. No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.”...

Travis Barker’s Famous Stars and Straps line has put out a t-shirt in memory of  Chris Baker and Charles “Che” Still who tragically had their lives taken in a plane crash that  Travis and  friend DJ AM survived. The shirt, which features a cross bearing both of their names, will be available starting October 13 on the Famous site and 100% of the proceeds will go to benefit the families of Chris and Che. There is also a benefit being held next week to raise money for the families....

Legendary actor and philanthropist Paul Newman passed away on Friday at 83-years-old. Newman was an award winning actor, in movies such as Cool Hand Luke, and The Color of Money. He was an activist and a race car driver as well. You, youngsters may not really know who he was, but I bet your grandma thought he was hot. Sad.
