Comedian Russell Brand is set to be questioned by police after a photographer claims the actor smashed his cell phone. Timothy Jackson, a friendly New Orleans photographer,  claims Brand grabbed the iPhone from his hand and hurled it through the window of an abandoned building  on Monday. The photog subsequently filed a police report, citing “criminal damages” over the incident, and police are interested in speaking with Brand over the matter.
