Last October Sean Penn had a violent encounter with photographer Jordan Dawes, where the Oscar winning actor assaulted him and broke his camera. The actor has already been charged with two counts of criminal battery and vandalism, but now the photographer is trying to hit him where it counts. Dawes is suing Penn over a claim that he was threatened with his life, claiming the actor told him; “The next time I see you, you will be in a box.” Unnecessary perhaps, but probably just a tactic...

Full retard Sean Penn will be charged with a misdemeanor count of both battery and vandalism for his Liu Kang kick to a paparazzi’s camera, so says TMZ. The charges carry a possible jail sentence of one-and-a-half years, although you know that’s not going to happen, because come on. Enjoy these Sean Penn pics. We risked life and limb to get them. Sean Penn and Robin Wright will NOT be getting a divorce! And all thanks to realizing a divorce would actually be more expensive than Robin Wright herself one dedicated song on stage at an Eddie Vedder gig!  See guys?  A little embarrassment TLC could go a long way!  Girls are just so simple… If only Paul McCartney would’ve realized that, then the one-legged gold digger would’ve continued making his life Hell, as opposed to a full blown Dante’s inferno!
