CBS To Remake ‘Bewitched’

CBS bosses have ordered Sony Pictures to deliver up a script for a television remake of Bewitched. The show was a hit back in the 1960′s, starring Elizabeth Mongromery as the housewife witch, Samantha Stevens, and ran for eight seasons. (And two Darrens.) The show was later made into a full length feature film in 2005 starring Nicole Kidman and Will Farrell. How do you think a 2011 adaptation of Bewitched will do on CBS?

Angelina Jolie In Talks For A ‘Salt’ Sequel

Angelina Jolie is in talks to reprise her role as Evlyn Salt in a sequel to the Summer 2010 film, Salt. According to Deadline Hollywood, Sony Pictures has asked Kurt Wimmer to write the sequel, and the films star Angelina Jolie is game if the deal can get done. Jolie told Us Magazine at the film’s premiere last year that she was up for it. Salt earned $300 million at the box office. Are you up for a ‘Salt’ sequel?

Sony To Unveil a 3-D TV Next Year? Maybe I’ll Drive My Hovercraft Over to Best Buy

Information has leaked that Sony plans on unveiling a 3-D television next year. The TV would be LCD and be capable of displaying 3-D images. This is perfect if you missed Taylor Lautner in The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl in 3-D while it was in theatres. Sony hopes to release this mystical televsion of the future by the end of 2010, according to the Wall Street Journal. A TV that displays 3-D sounds really awesome, I’m just hoping they don’t pull the same move that Chevy did...
