Stephanie Pratt dodged alcohol rehab and jail time this morning when she was handed out the formal punishment for her October DUI. She received 3 years probation, as well as a 12 week alcohol course and 3 weeks of alcoholics anonymous. On top of it all just a small fine to be done with it. Though she was originally going to head to rehab, and possibly face the under 24 hour celebs jail sentence, she managed to escape the two by pleading no contest and accepting the punishment above. Stephanie Pratt was in an LA Court room this past Friday to which she agreed to spend 30 days in a rehab facility for her October 18  Hollywood DUI. She had originally intended to go to outpatient rehab, but will now be sending a mandatory month in the confines of a luxe LA rehab facility.  (aka, a spa vacation) Good luck!

Stephanie Pratt was arrested for DUI outside of Empire Hollywood a few weeks back after registering a .09 on a breathalyzer test. But remember, this is Hollywood! Pratt was charged of suspicion of DUI over the incident, and her fate is pending a court case. If convicted, she could face up to 6 months in prison.
