As if there was to be any question what movie would win the weekend, Alice In Wonderland did not disappoint! It was the biggest opening for director Tim Burton ever, bringing in $116.3 million dollars from Thursday night to Sunday, and it also gave Disney the highest grossing 3-D opening ever, beating out Avatar.
