ER will be coming to an end this season, with cameos by some of it’s former stars such as George Clooney, Julianna Marguiles, and Noah Wyle, but for some of the cast, the legacy may live on. Worried about the future of Friday Night Lights like I am?  Well you can sleep a little better now. Nothing is set in stone, but the people over at Direct TV are working out a deal that would give us fans AT LEAST 2 more seasons of the show. The deal would be similar to the one that is in place for this current season, where all of the episodes aired on Direct TV prior to airing on NBC and were commercial free. Dancing With the Stars premiered last night, and they can likely expect decent ratings due to the fact Gossip Girl is off at the moment, but aside from the fact they really got a bunch of nobodies to do the show this season, it wasn’t so bad. They have yet to announce who will be filling in for the injured stars on the new season of Dancing With the Stars, as  Jewel and Nancy O’dell both dropped from the competition this past week causing show producers to have 4 days to scramble to find new dancers. A source from the show is reporting that they will be replacing both dancers to have the originally planned 13 participants, and it will be a ‘shocking reveal’ due to the fact these people will have only had days to rehearse...

Giles Marini is sidelined on this season of Dancing With the Stars with tendonitis of the groin, and Jewel just announced today that there wasn’t enough treatment to save her from dropping out due to knee injury, so what’s next for DWTS when it premieres next week? Heroes Will Be Back For a Fourth.

NBC bosses put the rumors that Heroes was on the chopping block to rest yesterday by announcing that the show would be picked up for another season and the order would be for 18-20 episodes. The order of 18-20 is however shorter than that of the first (23) and third (25) seasons with season two being less due to the writers strike. This is good news and all for Heroes fans, but why dont they give us some news about good shows like Friday Night Lights and Lipstick Jungle!!

Donald Trump’s celebs apprentice premiered last night to a dismal 8.9 million viewers, down 16% from it’s 2008 premiere. The show came in second behind ABC’s 2 hour Brothers and Sisters movie. Wait til you see how much of a ratings drop they take when new episodes of Desperate Housewives are back! Blame it on  the z-list cast!!

Heroes Needs Saved.

It’s been recieveing it’s worst ratings ever, and now theres speculation that the downfall of Heroes could be upon us. In a blog update, Hayden Panettiere’s  Heroes co-sar Greg Gun writes; “Winding down shooting Season 3 Heroes. Tough to say goodbye to crew not knowing if any or all of us will return next year. Hope all.” It’ll likely get the 4th season, but if things don’t pick up may not last the entire run.
