Baruch Eichenbaum, the next door neighbor of Wilmer Valderrama has filed a lawsuit against the actor alleging that Valderrama has been throwing wild parties at his Hollywood Hills home. The man claims he has written seven letters and made doezens of phone calls to the actor over noise disturbance over the course of several years, but they have all been ignored. Holy residual check! We spotted Fez Wilmer Valderrama leaving Fred Segal yesterday and hopping into his Lamborghini. Thankfully, he didn’t try to tell us any ‘Yo Mama’ jokes.
