Bruno Tones it Down for R Rating.

Sacha Baron Cohen’s upcoming film, Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt, was originally slapped with the NC-17 rating due to it’s lude content, but apparently some hard working editors have helped to cut just enough to get it an R release.

Children under 17 can now all rejoice about being able to see the movie with a parent present now, and the film’s producers and all rejoice that they will actually have a better shot at a successful theatrical release.

The content of the film is still causing up a stir by many of the parties who were dooped during the making of it, so it will be interesting to see how far SBC takes it in this one.
