Well, here’s the news everybody was expecting.

E! News reports that pathology reports from the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office confirm what we all knew: Michael Jackson really loved drugs.

What did they find? Find out – after the jump!A source close to the Michael Jackson case tells E! News that the coroner will soon confirm that Michael Jackson did indeed die of a drug overdose, and was found with “lethal amounts” of propofol in his system.

No surprise, but still very sad.
