Another cheesy hosting gig for Wayne Brady. What would the black Wink Martindale be called? Blink Martindale? Or Wink Washington? Yes, I am well aware that Wink Martindale did not host the original “Let’s Make a Deal” but “Monty Hall” doesn’t lend itself to any clever race jokes.

CBS says an updated version of the show (I’m telling you right now: I am not watching this thing if the audience members don’t dress in costumes) will hit airwaves on October 5th. It will replace Guiding Light. Sorry, gays and housewives. Oh, wait, that’s who will be watching this.
