Matt LeBlanc is set to star in a new Showtime series titled Episodes, the LA Times reports.
The show from creators David Crane (“Friends”) and Jeffrey Klarik (“Mad About You”) will revolve around a British couple whose hit U.K. comedy is turned into a dumbed-down American sitcom starring Le Blanc, who will play himself.
I’m in. Not being sarcastic – this sounds really funny. I love Friends so much I even watched Joey twice. And I don’t blame that show’s failure on Matt – my issue lies with whoever thought it was a good idea to have Joey move in with his rocket scientist nerd nephew. It’s like something you’d see on Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E.
