Busy Philips was spotted at that Starbucks in the mini-mall at Highland and Franklin. You know, that one conveniently located amidst the apoplexy-inducing permanent traffic surrounding the Hollywood Bowl and 101 entrances, with the lot that’s always full and you can’t turn out of without sticking your hand out the window to signal to a driver that, yes, you would like to exit before the light turns red for the tenth time.
