Cute Band Alert! Capra – “Low Day”

Here’s a catchy tune for fans of Rooney and made-for-television Disney films. The band’s called Capra, they sort of sound/look like Rooney, and their lead singer, Kelly Blatz, was in a made-for-television Disney film.
