Betty White’s performance on SNL last weekend may have earned her another gig, hosting the 2011 Oscars!
Lead by a couple of fans with a bit of spare time, the “Betty White to Host the Oscars” group was created on Facebook.
The group leader writes; “We got her to Host SNL now lets get her to host the Academy Awards (OSCARS). Sign up and send to all your friends.”
In under 24 hours, the site has received over 11,000 members and counting.
So two questions:
1) Will the Facebook group campaign work?
2) Do you want to see Betty White host the Academy Awards?
