Snooki is annoying and it’s finally on the books. The self proclaimed smurf pleaded not guilty to the charges of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance for last month’s beach shenanigans today. Before the plea was entered, prosecutors added a third charge of “annoying people on the beach”, which the defense in-turn pleaded not guilty to as well. Her defense attorney really has his work cut out for him on this charge. She was not in court but down the street shooting season 3 of Jersey Shore… or as the prosecution calls it Exhibit C.
