Katy Perry is mega mad at an Australian magazine for claiming she stepped out on husband Russell Brand.
The headline of the cover article read “World exclusive, Katy’s other man” and also contained the words, “Split fears after shock revelation,” and Perry is taking them to court!
Perry’s statement of claim reads: “By reason of the publication of the article the plaintiff (Perry) has been gravely injured in her reputation and feelings (and) has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation.”
She is seeking both damages and aggravated damages according to Australia’s Herald Sun newspaper.
