Look, it’s the not-quite-as-close-to-death version of Angelyne known as Phoebe Price! While Angelyne lives in billboards, Phoebe Price lives in the lens of paparazzi cameras. You don’t even really have to be a paparazzi; she’ll stop and pose for a German tourist with a iPhone. Phoebe was out in L.A. with her dog recently, hoping for some sort of recording device to come along and document it. Starzlife did just that.
