What’s Going On, On and In Bai Ling’s Head?

Bai Ling was rockin’ some interesting pink plastic bling heading in to  Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills.  Unfortunately Ling’s Bling wasn’t kooky enough to distract from  the ill-fitting wig she seemed to be sporting, leaving us all to wonder, what’s going on both on and in her head.
